Meet the Staff
Rob Barrett, Pharm.D., RPh
Doctor of Pharmacy, UNC School of Pharmacy 2005
Rob Barrett is our Pharmacist Manager at the Seven Lakes Prescription Shoppe from Conway, NC. He graduated in 2005 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Pharmacy. He has practiced pharmacy from 2005-2008 at Drugco Discount Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy, in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Because it is a thrill to help people with their health care needs, Rob enjoys his job and loves the customer interaction.
He has already started a Medication Therapy Management program, which provides one on one interaction between the patient and the pharmacist that addresses all of your medication questions. This program is a unique program that The Prescription Shoppe provides that most other drug stores do not provide to their patients. Other services that are being provided are Compounding and All Natural products.
He has always had an interest in helping women with menopause through the use of bio-identical hormones, diet, and lifestyle changes. He loves the one-on-one interaction that he gets with customers and is always eager to become one’s “go-to” person for their health questions.
Rob is married to Southern Pines native Katie Barrett, a school teacher. They recently moved to the area to raise a family and continue their careers. He enjoys spending time with family/friends, going to beach music events, and playing golf. Rob is eager to start a lifelong rapport with each and every customer of the Seven Lakes Prescription Shoppe and help in any way with your health care needs.
