Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy and Returns:
Items will be shipped via USPS , and most items ordered by noon est., will ship that business weekday. Items ordered on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be shipped the following business weekday. In the event an order can not be filled due to stock or shipping restrictions, we will contact you to refund your order or make special arrangements.
You may return any item purchased for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. You may bring returns in person to our retail store or you may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Seven Lakes Prescription Shoppe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
